In fact, why just for breakfast? You can feast on this deliciousness whenever you want and however you want.

Ingredients:

2 slices multigrain bread

1 avocado

1 tbsp roasted flax seeds

½ tomato

Juice of half a lemon 

1 green chilli (optional) 

1 boiled egg

Salt and pepper to taste

Olive oil to grease the pan

Preparation 

  1. Peel the avocado gently and mash its pulp in a bowl.
  2. Now chop the tomato, onion, and green chilli, and add them in the Avocado mash. Mix well.
  3. Add flax seeds, salt, pepper, and lemon juice to the bowl. Mix until well combined.
  4. Put a pan on low flame and grease it with olive oil. Take the bread slices and toast them evenly on both sides. Once done, remove the toasted bread from the pan.
  5. Evenly spread the avocado mash over each toasted slice.
  6. Slice the boiled egg and use it garnish the avocado toastie. Finish with a sprinkle of pepper, and serve.
