Here is the thing: while we have been toiling at home under this lockdown, summer has taken over. The hot weather usually means drinking a lot of packaged beverages, many of which are loaded with sugar and artificial preservatives.

But this summer, let’s make full use of this lockdown to get out of the habit of drinking out of tetra packs and plastic bottles and make some desi coolers. In fact, today we have for you the perfect drink that will beat the heat and keep your energy levels up.

So, guys let’s make some pudina chaas.

Ingredients

4 tbsp yogurt
7 mint leaves
½ tsp black pepper powder
½ tsp roasted jeera powder
1 tsp grated ginger
Black salt as per taste
4-5 ice cubes
100 ml water

Preparation

1. Put the yogurt, water, mint leaves, black pepper, ginger, salt, and jeera powder in a blender and churn.
Tip: Ensure that you churn the ingredients only till well combined, as overdoing it will turn the yogurt into butter.

2. Now put some ice cubes in a glass and pour your pudina chaas over it.

3. Top it with some mint leaves and jeera powder and enjoy.
