Calories: Approximately 250 calories per serving.
Ingredients:
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup almonds
1 tablespoon mixed seeds (chia, flax, or pumpkin)
Optional: a scoop of protein powder or a banana for added sweetness
