The most common problem during the summer season is dehydration. You sweat more than usual in summers and that’s why you need to balance your electrolyte level. Turns out, nimboo pani is the best way to go about it!

Here are some benefits that will make you a fan of lemonade

  • Nimboo pani improves digestion, thanks to the addition of mint leaves.
  • Lemon water can play a role in relieving constipation.
  • Lemon is loaded with vitamin C which helps in breaking down fat. Plus, the presence of pectin in lemon ensures you don’t feel hungry too often.
  • Nimboo pani is known to remove toxins from your body.
  • The potassium content in lemonade can help you maintain your cholesterol level.
  • The beverage is also great for your skin because of the vitamin C content.

So, thank Yasmin for this shikanji recipe!
