You will need the following Ingredients:
1 inch of peeled ginger
1 teaspoon crushed black pepper
5-6 fresh tulsi leaves
½ teaspoon honey
2 inch cinnamon stick
Here’s how to prepare the kadha:
Step 1: Take water in a deep saucepan and boil it.
Step 2: While the water is on a boil, crush ginger, cloves, black pepper and cinnamon.
Step 3: Once the water is boiled, add all the crushed ingredients along with basil leaves to the saucepan.
Step 4: Cook on medium heat for about 20 minutes or till the concoction is reduced to half.
Step 5: Add honey to the mixture and consume it hot.
