This version of gajar ka halwa is made out of low-fat milk. Hence, the fat content per serving is less than 0.5 grams. Moreover, you’ll also find that it has about 2 grams of protein to offer. What’s more, the ingredients we’ve used such as carrots, honey and cardamom have multiple health benefits. The star ingredient which is carrot improves bowel function and is a rich source of essential nutrients. On the other hand, jaggery helps in detoxification and easy digestion of food.
