So let’s quickly know the recipe of jaggery tea

To make jaggery tea you will need:

* 3-4 tbsp grated jaggery
* 1 teaspoon tea leaves
* 4 pods of cardamom
* 1 tsp Saunf
* 1/2 tsp crushed black pepper
* 1/2 cup milk (optional)

Jaggery tea recipe:

Step 1

Heat 1 cup of water in a non-stick pan. Add cardamom, fennel, crushed black pepper and tea leaves and bring all of this to a boil.

Boil all the ingredients together to make jaggery tea!

Step 2

Now, add milk to this and let it boil.

Step 3

Put jaggery in a teapot and strain it into the prepared tea mixture. Stir till the jaggery melts and serve hot.
