Are you also one of those people who dislike the taste of bel juice? Well, we don’t blame you. Most of us consume it unwillingly just for the sake of nutrition. But, do you know that you can actually make it appetising?

Keeping this in mind, we’ve got you a recipe that is made out of bel but is definitely tastier than the usual bel sharbat. We’re going to share with you the recipe for bel juice popsicles!

Ingredients that you need:
  • 1 bel
  • 5 to 6 strawberries (chopped)
  • 1 tsp of rock salt
  • 4 tbsp of honey
  • 1 tbsp of lemon juice
  • 5 to 8 mint leaves
  • Popsicle mold
  • Ice-cream sticks
  • Water (to maintain the consistency)

Steps

Step 1: Break the shell of the bel fruit and scrape out all the pulp with the help of a spoon. Now, add cold water to a bowl and with your hands, mash the pulp. 

Step 2: Next, with the help of a sieve, strain out the pulp and throw the residue.

Step 3: Take a pestle and mortar to mince the mint leaves. Add these leaves in the extracted bel juice. 

Step 4: Add strawberries, rock salt, honey, and lemon juice to this mix.

Step 5: Pour this mix into the popsicle mold, insert the sticks, and place it in the freezer.

Step 6: After 5 to 6 hours, you can enjoy these ice candies without worrying about your weight!
