• 1 banana
• 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt
• 1 cup of almond milk

Method

• Peel and segment the grapefruit and orange, and ensure there are no seeds.
• In a blender, combine the grapefruit segments, orange segments, pineapple chunks, Greek yogurt and coconut water.
• Blend all the ingredients until you achieve a smooth and well-incorporated mixture.

6. Gingerbread green goodness

Ingredients

• A handful of fresh spinach leaves
• 1 banana
• 2 tablespoons of almond butter
• 1 cup of almond milk
• 1 teaspoon of grated fresh ginger
