- Ponkh / hurda
- Sliced onions and cucumber
- Lemon juice
- Imli chutney
- Chaat masala
- Low-fat nachni sev
- Green chutney or a touch of mustard oil for that extra zing
1. Take ponkh and sliced onions and cucumber in a bowl.
2. Squeeze some lemon juice into the mixture.
