Ingredients:
150 gms pumpkin seeds
20 gms jaggery powder
Salt to taste
Preparation:
1. Toast the pumpkin seeds in an oven till they turn brown in hue.
2. Blend the toasted seeds in the smallest jar of your mixie till crumbs form in.
3. Add in salt and jaggery powder.
4. Blend till the mixture starts leaving oil or becomes shiny in texture.
5. Put contents in a jar and use as and when you like.
You can use this butter as a spread or even in bakery items to impart a nutritional punch.
