So, without further ado, let’s get to the recipe. Because we just can’t wait!
1/2 tsp oregano
1 tsp garlic powder,
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
¾ tsp rock salt
Step 1: Mix all the seeds in a bowl with the seasoning, add water and mix it well.
Step 2: Cover the mixture and refrigerate it for 4-5 hours.
Step 3: The chia seeds will absorb the water and turn jelly-like.
Step 4: Spread the mixture thinly on a baking sheet and bake until crisp.
(Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 120 degrees celsius, and bake for 1 hour 30 minutes)
Step 5: Munch on it, with this easy-to-make dip (given below):
2 cups hung curd
5 crushed garlic cloves
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Chili flakes to taste
Making these crackers is extremely simple. The only thing that tests your patience is the baking time, but never skip it because mushy crackers would not be that tasty. So what are you waiting for? Level up your snacking game with this healthy homemade grain-free seed crackers recipe!
