Boiled egg chaat is the answer to your spicy food cravings; after all, it blends both taste and health in one snack!

Not only does it satiate your craving for something spicy, but it also ensures you stay healthy. This is because the egg chaat is high in nutrition, and if you’re someone who’s looking to lose weight or build muscles, then this is perfect for you.

Serves: 4
Calories: 139 per serving

What you need:
6 boiled eggs, peeled
2 tbsp coriander and mint chutney
1 medium cucumber, peeled
2-3 green chillies
15-20 fresh mint leaves
2 tbsp fresh coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Chaat masala to taste
¾ tsp roasted cumin seeds, crushed
1 medium onion
Chopped red capsicum (for garnishing)

This is how you can make it
Step 1: Finely chop the onion. Cut the cucumber vertically, and slice.

Step 2: Finely chop green chillies, mint leaves and coriander leaves.

Step 3: Mix all the chopped and sliced ingredients in a bowl.

Step 4: Add salt, chaat masala, crushed roasted cumin seeds, and mint and coriander chutney to the mixture.

Step 6: Add vertically sliced eggs to the mixture (you may remove the yolk as per taste preferences) and mix well.

Step 7: Garnish with the reserved red capsicum and serve immediately.
