* Chaat masala as per taste
* Black salt to taste
* Lemon juice
Cut the snake cucumber lengthwise and cut it into medium-sized pieces. Sprinkle chaat masala and salt. Squeeze half a lemon and consume it immediately. Your healthy and tatsy snake cucumber salad is ready.

A pinch of asafoetida
Cumin 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Chili powder 1 tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Cut the snake cucumber lengthwise into 1-inch pieces. If the snake cucumber seeds are hard, remove the seeds. Put some oil in a pan. Add hing, cumin, turmeric, coriander, chili powder, and salt. Now add snake cucumber and cook till it becomes soft. Add garam masala and take it off the flame. You can eat it with roti!
