But you should be careful what kind of juices you are consuming as some may be high in sugar and low on fiber. This is true, especially for store-bought juices that ramp up your calorie intake and can be counterproductive.

As it is dense in water, cucumber juice helps you feel full easily and is a great meal filler. Just squeeze some lime juice and a few mint leaves to it and you have a healthy refreshing summer drink.
