Ginger water recipe:
Ingredients:
  • 1-2 Inches of fresh ginger root
  • 3 cups of water
  • 1 tbsp honey
Instructions:
  1. Use a zester to grate the ginger, put it into a bowl.
  2. Boil 3 cups of water. 
  3. Once the water is boiling, add ginger to it.
  4. Remove the water from the stove.
  5. Allow the water to sit for 5 minutes.
  6. Strain the liquid to remove ginger pieces into a glass.
  7. Add one tablespoon of honey and mix well.
