Who doesn’t want rock-solid immunity—especially at this time? Boosting immunity is even more important now, because the third wave of novel coronavirus is likely to hit India. In fact, the monsoon season makes it difficult to stay healthy and fine. Because in this season, we all become more vulnerable to infections, which can take a toll on our immune system. The point is you cannot let that happen!

But what can you really do? There are numerous methods such as home remedies, exercising, eating fruits and vegetables, healthy nutrients, and much more. These things can help us to boost immunity, thereby helping us stay protected from illnesses.

Today, we’re here to reveal a few DIY tonics, which can minimize the risk of weather-related infections and boost immunity.

Here they are:
1. Ginger, lemon, and honey tea

One of the most-loved ingredients found in Indian cuisine is adrak or ginger. There’s really nothing that ginger tea can’t do! That’s exactly why it finds a place in the kitchen. You could add ginger and honey to your ginger tea, as it will not just add to the overall taste, but will also turn your drink into a powerhouse of immunity-boosting nutrients.

Ginger contains antioxidants and antibacterial properties, lemon provides vitamin C (one of the most essential nutrients to boost immunity) and honey helps soothe a sore throat.
