Jaiswal says, “A cup of coffee serves as a morning fix for many people. And just like any other beverage, people like to experiment with their cup of coffee as well. Many people are falling in love with bullet coffee or ghee coffee. This trend has caught the attention of a lot of diet conscious folks, and it is gaining popularity for the health benefits it has.”

Here’s what ghee coffee can do for you

1. A lot of healthy fat

Not all kinds of fat are bad for your health. Ghee is loaded with healthy fats like omega 3, 6, and 9. These are good fats that help in maintaining a healthy metabolism, cardiovascular system, joints, and even better brain functioning. That’s why it’s best.

2. Loaded with vitamins

Ghee is loaded with vitamins A, E, and K. So, ghee coffee is not only tasty but also healthy.

How to make ghee/bullet coffee?

The bullet coffee recipe is easy.

  • Just take a saucepan and heat the coffee first.
  • Make sure that the coffee is simmering and not boiling.
  • Add ghee, turmeric, and any sweetener of your choice.
  • You can also add a bit of cardamom if you like to have it in your coffee.
  • Cook it all for 2 minutes until everything is dissolved.
  • Now mix your coffee mixture with milk in a blender and give it a powerful blend.

Avoid over blending as it will separate the fat.
