If there’s one goal that most people want to achieve, it is weight loss. We agree that losing the extra flab is great, especially for your health. But as amazing as it may sound, it does take some time and effort to increase your metabolism that translates into weight loss. 

But worry not, there are some weight loss drinks that are known to do this pretty effectively! It’s not like you have to starve yourself, just eat light and healthy meals, and make sure to have these detox drinks every morning on an empty stomach. It will help you to rev up your metabolism, and enhance your physique.

1. Vetiver water

Vetiver is known for its cooling properties, and for good reason. The water that uses vetiver (also known khus or khas khas) is easy to make by boiling the vetiver roots in water. Drink it once in the day, after filtering it properly. This detox water is perfect for weight loss, nerve relaxation, treats insomnia, cleanses skin, and is good for the liver too.

2. Coriander water

This drink is loaded with minerals and vitamins, potassium, iron, magnesium, calcium, folic acid, and vitamins A, K, and C. Coriander can also help in tackling several health issues. Boil two teaspoons of coriander seeds in three cups of water and strain. Drink it up every morning, but on an empty stomach!

3. Cumin lemon water

Soak cumin seeds or jeera overnight, then boil the water along with the seeds. Drain out the seeds and keep the lukewarm water aside. Next, add half a lime juice into the detox water, and drink it first thing every morning. It helps in bowel movements, and removes bloating naturally along with shedding stubborn fat.

4. Cinnamon water honey

It prevents common colds, allergies, cholesterol, bladder infections, etc. Just boil a glass of water, add some cinnamon powder and add some honey to it. Drink this for great health, and of course, weight loss!

5. Fenugreek water

It’s time to detox your liver and kidney with this awesome weight loss drink. You just need to soak some fenugreek seeds overnight, and drink the water early morning on an empty stomach. Just drain out the seeds and have the water. Fenugreek water also helps in the management of thyroid issues and aids in weight loss. It also keeps your blood sugar in control.
