1. Tomatoes

Well, let’s prick the bubble for you! A tomato is a fruit and not a vegetable. Rich in an antioxidant called lycopene, these are extremely beneficial for the human body and even your mind. Also, if eaten with the skin, tomatoes provide various nutrients and can also boost energy levels.

2. Bananas

The expert says, “Bananas are not just a convenient and portable snack but also a great mood-boosting fruit. High in vitamin B6, bananas play an important role in forming serotonin, a neurotransmitter that regulates mood”.
