There’s hardly a doctor or nutritionist who doesn’t make the case for eating a king-size breakfast each day. After all, the hearty brekkie is what gives you the energy to keep you going all day long.

But this doesn’t mean that you’ll dig into aloo paranthas, especially if you are on a weight loss regime. You need to ensure that your breakfast is wholesome (so that hunger doesn’t strike you down time and again) and weight-loss friendly at the same time.

You can also add a dash of lemon. Just ensure that the green tea you are consuming is caffeine-free and that you don’t put add any sweeteners to it.

You’ll be glad to know that according to a study published in the European Journal of Clinical Nutrition, green tea is not just a fat burner but it is also a shield against cardiovascular ailments.
