• Ash gourd juice consumption should be restricted for diabetics, who should also regularly monitor their blood sugar levels. Like any food, ash gourd may cause allergies or sensitivities in some people. It’s critical to be aware of any negative effects and stop using the product if you feel uncomfortable.
