We can never get enough of Shilpa Shetty Kundra’s fitness motivation. This B-town mommy, who is ageing like fine wine, credits her fitness to yoga. But trust her to never let her fitness routine look boring!
This time again, the actress showed her own rendition of three yoga asanas divulged into one. According to Shilpa, this takes the monotony out of a workout and gives it a fun-spin. While at it, Shilpa flaunted her clean and smooth moves gracefully. She performed rather difficult bending asanas like a cake walk.
She captioned her video, “Any routine begins to feel boring when monotony sets in. So, if you ever feel demotivated because of your daily routine, make sure you keep experimenting with something new instead of dropping the habit altogether. This is exactly what keeps me dedicated to yoga.”
Proclaiming her love for yoga, Shilpa wrote, “I love practicing different combinations of asanas that focus on the mind, body, and soul. Like I always say, “Yoga se hi hoga!””
In the video, Shilpa was seen performing a flow of yoga asanas including Gatyatmak Anjaneyasana and Baddha Trikonasana.
Even at 46, this diva can pass for a 20 something. Her diet plans and fitness routine has paid off due to her consistency and unwavering devotion towards her fitness regime.
Shilpa has authored the book, ‘The Great Indian Diet’. Shilpa, who is a brilliant yoga aficionado, welcomed her baby girl, Samisha on February 15, 2020, via surrogacy. The cute munchkin just turned two and the pictures were ‘aww-dorable’!
