After playing a pregnant woman in Mimi, she is now prepping for a high-octane action movie titled Ganapath, opposite fitness freak Tiger Shroff. Needless to say that it will need her fitness level to be top-notch!
In the run-up to the film’s shoot, Kriti has been pushing the limits at the gym with cohesive workout sessions, which involve a variety of exercises. She shared proof in the form of an Instagram video which gave a glimpse into her tough but exciting workout routine.
This is not the first time that Kriti has shared a peek of her workout session and how she actually prepares herself for each of her films. Earlier, Kriti had uploaded a video on Instagram showing how she gained 15kg for Mimi and how she got back in shape with her killer moves.
This time around, Kriti has been sharing images of her working out regularly as part of the physical training for the movie. But this latest video is packs quite a punch!

Kriti is seen acing various moves along with resistance bands and swiss ball exercises. She can also be seen indulging in kickboxing and other stretching exercises. Last but not the least, she also nails the Chakrasana or backbend effortlessly.
