Instagram is a treasure trove of fitness secrets! No, we aren’t kidding — scroll through the social media platform, and you’re going to find a whole tribe of actresses, giving you major fitness goals. One such celeb is Katrina Kaif, who is the envy of all the women, and for good reason. The actress has a super toned bod, and that is all the result of intense training sessions. How are we so sure? Well, that’s because the actress has given us a sneak peek into her fitness routine, and we couldn’t be happier. 

Here’s what her Instagram post says, “….actually I would be nothing without the amazing teachers and trainers who work so patiently with me @kuldeepshashi learning something new everyday.” This is an ode to her amazing trainers, who have helped her achieve these fitness levels.

The video shows her performing everything from stretches to kicks, and if news is to be believed, she is training hard for her upcoming action flick Tiger 3. Dressed in a white spaghetti top and black tights, and grey sweatshirt in another video, she can be seen killing it. The post starts with her leaning on a mirror well, while stretching one leg high, and the other on the floor. Her balancing act is on point. 

Next, she can be seen performing rotating toe touches and kickboxing

What are the benefits of stretching and kickboxing?

First of all, kudos to Katrina, because this is not an easy feat in any way! The leggy lass can be seen stretching, and that’s great, because it holds a lot of benefits. It improves posture and decreases muscle soreness. At the same time, it can help to reduce back pain and prevent injuries.  One can make stretching a part of their daily workout routine, because it will help to make your body more agile and flexible.
