Fitness is a lifelong chase which requires a lot of hard work and dedication. In today’s time, people are leading busy lives and while it is easy to gain weight—it can be difficult to find time to exercise on a regular basis. What is an insanity workout?
Insanity is an intense interval training workout that is capable of challenging even the most seasoned athletes. It is one of the hardest workout programs today that involves bodyweight exercises and high-intensity interval training

Performed for 20 to 60 minutes at a time, six days a week for 60 days, insanity workouts include a lot of push-ups and squat exercises, but don’t need weights.

So what makes Insanity different? Here, you exercise for longer at a high pace with minimum rest i.e you work as hard as you can for three-minute intervals, with 30-second periods of rest in between making it tougher than other traditional programs.

This is not a muscle building workout, but rather a fat burning one. Insanity workouts combine cardio and resistance training which is a huge calorie and fat burner—helping one achieve leaner, stronger and toner muscles, thereby giving you that ripped look.

These are the benefits of insanity workouts
Insanity is a full-body workout program which consists of combination exercises allowing you to work on multiple areas of the body in a single move. The benefits from this programme will blow your mind.

1. Builds your endurance
