In Sara’s latest reel on Insta, they can be seen working out under the guidance of celebrity fitness trainer, Namrata Purohit.

This one is for your core. If you see the post, you will observe how both of them have lifted their bodies while doing it. Yes, this exercise will help you target your upper body, including your shoulders, arms, and traps. Plus, it will create more contraction in the core region.
If you are trying it out, do 25 leg rolls, both clockwise and anti-clockwise.
As the name suggests, this one is for the sides. In this exercise, they have opened up their legs wide, placed their hands on their heads, and are bending side to side. This posture helps in working out the oblique muscles, due to which you can receive the maximum stretch. As your hands are placed on your head, it will help in holding the pose longer and target the muscle even better.
You can do 25 side bends in both the directions.
Dynamic lunges work as a great compound exercise, since it is a combination of both cardio and muscle training. Just remember to keep your core flexed, don’t extend your leg too much, and keep breathing. You will be good to go!
