There’s no doubt that Preity Zinta stays connected with her fans through her social media accounts, and keeps us all updated about her life. We saw her last in the film Bhaiaji Superhit in 2018 that also starred Sunny Deol, Arshad Warsi, and Ameesha Patel in key roles. Right now, though, she is in the headlines because of the impressive fitness videos she posts on her Instagram feed. 

Preity recently took to Instagram to reveal that she’s back at the gym to get fit, and give us the major fitness goals with her Pilates workouts.

In this video, Preity is dressed in a white t-shirt and black yoga pants during her Pilates session with Yasmin Karachiwala, who is a celebrity fitness instructor and a Pilates expert. This post already has over 6 million viewers and people are showering her with love in the comments.

During her Pilates session, Preity did some intense stretching exercises, focusing on arms, lower back, and buttocks using a machine. Pilates aims to control muscle strength, targets the core, and enhances the flexibility of the body.
