It’s not easy to sweat it out at home as at times your bed doesn’t want you to leave it. But if staying fit is your priority then we have celebrity fitness trainer Namrata Purohit in the house.

Namrata has trained the who’s who of Bollywood. And if you love the way Sara Ali Khan and Jhanvi Kapoor look, then all the credit goes to this fitness starlet. That’s why we have got this latest video from her Instagram feed just for you so that you can also lose some lockdown weight without spending even a penny.

So are you ready people! So let’s begin…

In this video, you can see Namrata doing a cardio mash-up focused on the lower body. In fact, she showcases five exercises in the video:

  • Lateral lunges with toe tap
  • Squat and twist
  • Squat, tap, and jump
  • Lunge to knee lift
  • Lateral lunges and sidekicks

FYI, all these exercises are not just great for your thighs, glutes, and calves muscles-but if you want to manage your love-handles, then this mash-up is all you need.

Here’s some piece of advice that Naramta wants you guys to know before you start

BMI

Keep an idea of your risk of weight-related issues.

Check BMI

1. Please remember that your form matters a lot so keep your posture correct.
2. Start slow and once your body is warm enough then take it a notch higher.
3. If your speed is faulting your posture then it’s always better to focus on your body lines and rest will follow.

Also, listen:

How many of these do you need to do? Well, this is what she suggests
You can do 20 to 30 repetitions of each exercise and you can do three such sets. She also advised that you can do it in a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) style– 20 seconds of exercise, then 10 seconds rest on repeat.

Do try this intense workout, using Namrata’s tutorial-but not without doing a proper warm-up first.
