She recently took to her IG account to share a video showcasing some yoga stretches that can help you relax. In the video, the 47-year-old actor can be seen performing a yoga routine starting with Virabhadrasana.

In the video, Shilpa wrote about the benefits of these yoga stretches that can help you in more ways than one. “A sedentary lifestyle does more harm than we can ever imagine. Giving your body the much-needed stretch every day is crucial. A little while ago, I started practicing the ‘Virabhadrasana to Baddha Virabhadrasana to Prasarita Padottanasana’ flow. It works wonders! Not only does it help stimulate the nervous system and abdominal organs, but also opens the lungs and chest.”
Further stating the benefits, she shares that these yoga asanas will help stretch your shoulders, arms, legs, back, and neck. The benefits of these yoga asanas don’t end here, it also opens up the hips and strengthens your legs and ankles. She also shares that it can help you calm your mind.
