This is also what Bollywood beauty Shilpa Shetty Kundra swears by. The OG yogini has shared a simple fitness trick on her Instagram feed, and we can’t get enough of it. She has encouraged her fans and fitness freaks to start the day with a liberated mind that is stress-free, and a short fitness routine helps the cause!
This is what Shilpa Shetty Kundra does to release pent up stress
Dressed in a black sports bra, a pink racerback top, and fitted leggings, Shilpa shares with her audience her favourite routine to release pent up stress. The leggy lass is currently holidaying in Goa, but she leaves no opportunity to work out. That’s what makes her such an inspiration!
Taking to Instagram, Shilpa said, “Connecting with nature and rejuvenating thoroughly was my only goal on this recent trip to Goa. Inhaling clean air and letting out all kinds of pent up stress is quite liberating. Add a little fitness routine to it, and you’re all set for the day ahead (sic).”

Shilpa can be seen performing her workout routine with absolute agility! Speaking about the exercise, she says, “This particular routine involved rolling down and coming back up in deep squats, followed by kneeling to come back into deep squats (sic).”
The actress details out the benefits of this exercise, and we can’t wait to try it out. “It not only helps strengthen the glutes, quads, and core; but also improves one’s range of motion, breathing deeply and digestive health. For those interested in doing so, this routine effectively helps improve the body’s athletic performance! (sic),” Shilpa informs.
She has, however, also put out a disclaimer. “People with lower back problems should not attempt this (sic).”
