Another Bollywood actress who has been highly committed to fitness is yummy mummy, Shilpa Shetty. She’s someone who swears by yoga, and even her Instagram bio says she’s a “mindful yogi”. Shilpa combines yoga with functional training and even animal crawls to maintain her fitness. She’s very candid about her fitness, and gives her audiences a sneak peek into her workout routines and diet plans.
What we admire the most about her is that she doesn’t neglect fitness even when she’s travelling! She was in Manali for a film shoot a while back, but she made sure she worked out amid the picturesque surroundings. Now, that’s some serious commitment!
