In the video, Malaika also shared the benefits of the palming pose with her fans to help them understand why they should practice yoga technique every day. She explained that the palming pose “helps relieve stress and feel relaxed. The warmth created in your palms relaxes up to 6 muscles around the eyes, boosts blood flow in this area, and reduces eye fatigue. Even if you are in midst of a hectic morning, afternoon, or evening, it only takes 30 seconds to care for yourself. You can practice this pose for up to 5 minutes.”
According to Ayurveda, not only does the palming pose help relieve stress but it also helps improve the energy flow and helps you heal within. It is also a yoga pose that helps relax the body. It is also believed that practicing this yoga pose helps create positive energy in the mind, which helps you heal spiritually as well.
While stress is inevitable, it is crucial to address it as it can actually have some pretty serious negative effects on your health. In the post, Malaika also shared the importance of practicing yoga and urged people to practice yoga on a regular basis as it can help improve their mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual health.
