Everything has a positive side to it–it’s just a matter of how we look at it. For us fitness freaks, this time of lockdown is like unearthing a treasure. Why? Well, who would have thought that during lockdown celebrity fitness trainers will go full throttle on the internet to help us stay in shape. From live sessions to personalized videos–social media is loaded with yoga, pilates, HIIT, tabata, zumba, and whatnot. 

In fact, you can see both Indian fitness influencers and celebs using household stuff like water bottles to do strength training. Recently, Sara Ali Khan did a live video session with a brand where she used wine bottles to tone her body. Interesting, right?

#Vegan कड़ी । . Recipe was requested a lot ! So, here it is. You would need. ▶️ onions, garlic, ginger, Mustard seeds, curry leaves and chilly. ▶️ Tomatoes. ▶️ Garam Masala, Chilly powder, and Turmeric. ▶️ Besan ( gram flour) ▶️ coconut cream and Tamarind paste ( curd replacement). ▶️ Tofu ( paneer replacement). . How to make it. ▶️ In a pan heat some oil and pop some Mustard seeds add curry leaves and spices. ▶️ Slow cook chopped onions, ginger and garlic in the mix and then add tomato puree and reduce till it leaves the sides. ▶️ In a food processor blend Besan, Coconut cream and water and salt to taste. ▶️ Add this to the pan with spice and slow cook for 10 mins till the mixture boils. ▶️ Now add Tofu and Tamarind paste ( enough to balance the sweetness from Coconut) cook for another 4-5 mins. .
