Insulin enters the bloodstream to remove blood sugar and deliver it to the cells for energy. Your level of exhaustion may be impacted if you don’t have enough insulin or if your blood sugar levels rise. Additionally, how much you eat can have an impact.

Drinking a cup of coffee, tea or another caffeinated beverage can give your senses a quick but powerful boost. But how much caffeine is necessary for you?
