There are so many Bollywood divas who swear by yoga to keep themselves in shape. And Jacqueline Fernandez is one of them! She recently gave her audience a sneak peek into her yoga workout, and you know what’s the best part — it has inspired us like crazy!

Dressed in a sports bra and yoga pants, Jacqueline can be seen performing some complex stretches with such ease. She posted the pictures on Instagram with the caption, “Yoga girl forever (sic),” and “Breathe in breathe out… (sic).”

Jacqueline is someone who always pushes her limits, whatever be the workout. The pretty lass doesn’t shy away from experimenting in any way—from stretching to aerial yoga, horse riding to gymming, she has done it all! But yoga is what remains close to her heart, and for good reason.

So, if you are inspired to try out yoga, we’ll give you many more reasons to.

Benefits of yoga
1. Yoga improves strength, balance and flexibility

If this is what’s on your mind, then yoga is the “perfect” exercise for you. It increases blood flow and warms up muscles, and at the same time, builds strength.

2. Helps with chronic back pain

Since yoga focuses on stretching the entire body, it also helps to alleviate back pain and enhances mobility. According to The American College of Physicians, yoga is a good treatment for chronic lower back pain.

3. It’s good for the heart

If you’re someone who is looking to improve overall health and well-being, yoga is the answer. It helps reduce stress levels and inflammation in the body, thereby enhancing your heart health.

4. It helps you relax and sleep better

Research suggests that a consistent bedtime yoga routine can help you feel relaxed, and prepare your body to fall asleep quickly. Moreover, it also improves the quality of sleep.

So ladies, get your yoga mats out and flex those muscles!
