The virus can leave you with long-lasting effects that can hamper aspects of your daily life and well-being, leading you to worry more. If you are looking for ways to beat post Covid-19 stress and anxiety, celebrity yoga trainer Anshuka Parwani has 6 effective asanas to suggest.

Anshuka, who has celebrity clients such as Alia Bhatt and Kareena Kapoor Khan, has been in news lately as she trained actress Deepika Padukone to play a yoga instructor in her latest film. The fitness expert took to her Instagram page to share her set of yoga suggestions to fans “with the hope that it might help someone”.

“While the pandemic seems to be on its way out, it has left us with underlying stress and anxiety. Having had Covid-19 twice myself and being in recovery I have faced bouts of anxiety leading to breathlessness and the occasional panic attacks,” shared Anshuka in her post.

She leaned on yoga and breath work to pull through the ordeal. According to Anshuka, whether your anxiety may have been induced by Covid-19 or another reason, these yoga asanas can be practiced to manage the stress.

Before we find out which 6 asanas does Anshuka recommend for handling post Covid-19 anxiety and stress, let’s take a look at how they can benefit you.
