In a recent post, Kriti Sanon was spotted doing some leg exercises at the gym in the presence of Bollywood fitness instructor Yasmin Karachiwala. We have already seen how Kriti Sanon loves to indulge in intense workout sessions to stay fit. But, this time around, she has posted something very relatable. Kriti shared the difference between Instagram and reality when it comes to working out.
In the Instagram video, with the song ‘All the way up’ playing in the background, she is seen wearing a black spaghetti top tied at the waist and paired with black shorts, pairing her outfit with a pair of sky-blue sneakers.
The Dilwale actress can be seen sweating it out at the gym with kettlebell squats, lunges, leg presses, cable blaster and heavy weight. She actually raises the bar of working out like a pro because she doesn’t even pause for a break. But, there’s a hilarious twist she left for her followers!
In the second video, Kriti gave a glimpse of how one can actually struggle to hit the gym. She portrayed how reality is quite different from expectations. She can be seen struggling to do squats and asking Yasmin for short breaks in between. In fact, she’s quite vocal about hating squats. Relatable, isn’t it?
Her caption said, “Leg day and Me!!?️♀️ @yasminkarachiwala Expectation v/s Reality
Or rather….Instagram v/s Reality. Don’t forget to Swipe to see how much I love doing legs!”
Take a look at the post here:
Squats aren’t just good for your lower body, but also help you tone the abdominal area, improve your posture, strengthen the knees and joints, enhance your core strength, and crush calories.
Pilates is a low-intensity training routine that is the perfect way to tone the body. What makes it even more powerful is that it can really enhance the quality of your workout plan and improve results. In addition, Pilates can be particularly great for the core region because the moves that are a part of this exercise system work the abdominal muscles, lower back, hips and buttocks.
Kettlebell exercises engage multiple muscle groups. They facilitate a broad range of dynamic movements that help with endurance, strength, balance, and agility. Plus, kettlebell exercises lead to a healthier and stronger body that can ward off injuries as well.
It is a cable exercise that targets mainly your glutes and hips. In addition, it also shapes up your legs and the rest of your lower body. The glutes kickback is a good leg exercise that develops and strengthens the glutes.
So, ladies, Instagram is definitely different from reality but you gotta keep working out!
