Bollywood actress Sara Ali Khan’s fitness journey has been a great source of motivation to her fans. The young and raring to go talent recently took to Instagram to share a video of actively pushing herself to reach her fitness goals. She was seen motivating herself to feel better on a gloomy first day of her periods.
Sharing about her lack of motivation and a puffy tummy during periods, she says, “Today, I woke up, and I was not gonna hit the gym today as I was tired, lazy, not very motivated, and also bloated because I just got my period.”
But she didn’t give in to lethargy.
“I push myself, go to the gym and workout so that I can get better mentally physically, emotionally, I’m proud.” Sara wrote in the post.
