Dr Sachin Baliga, Consultant, Psychiatry, Fortis Hospital, Bannerghatta Road, Bengaluru. He is an enthusiastic mental health professional working in the field of Psychiatry. After finishing his MD in Psychiatry from Nair Hospital, Mumbai, he also completed his DNB from the National Board of Examinations, Delhi followed by a Post-Doctoral Fellowship in Non-Invasive Brain Stimulation of Psychiatric Disorders (NIBS) from the prestigious National Institute of Mental Health And Neuro Sciences, Bengaluru. He has also worked as faculty in Psychiatry at his alma mater. Balancing traditional treatment using medications and therapy with modern cutting-edge techniques, Dr Sachin believes in practising a holistic approach towards managing common psychiatric disorders. He also promotes the use of mindfulness-based techniques in managing day-to-day stress and worries.
