Dr Rajeshwari Janakiraman is Chief Consultant in the Diabetology and Endocrinology department at Manipal Hospital, Yeshwanthpur, Bengaluru. She has played a vital role in the inception of the Endocrine specialty at the hospital. The department under her leadership has excelled in the field of endocrinology. She has won many awards and achievements, including Fulbright Scholarship, 2009. Kids Care for Asthma awarded by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation
for improving asthma care in Western New York, and George and Harriet Rosenfeld Clinical Investigator Award presented by the Women’s and Children’s Health Research Foundation, Children’s Hospital of Buffalo.
