Dr Rahul Rai Kakkar is currently with Narayana Superspeciality Hospital, as visiting consultant, psychiatry and clinical psychology. He has completed his M.B.B.S from Ch. Charan Singh University, Meerut and DPM (Psychiatry) from Santosh University. He has published several research articles under his name. His experience and understanding of prison mental health and suicide-prevention programs in prison set up can be a valuable addition to the organisation. He is also experienced in handling de-addiction patients (such as alcohol dependence, opioid dependence, stimulant dependence), rural patients visiting community clinics, children, and marital and sexual couples. He holds membership of Indian Psychiatric society (IPS) and Indian Medical Association (IMA).
