Dr Prateek Makwana is a Consultant Embryologist and sexual health expert. He is Director at Vasundhara Hospital Ltd, Jodhpur; Director, Vasundhara IVF (Jaipur, Bikaner, Lucknow). He completed his undergraduate medical degree (MBBS) from DY Patil Medical College, followed by a postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Embryology under the aegis of India Fertility Society (IFS): Gold Medal. He is currently working as part of a Special Interest Group, IFS, on Applied Genetics Young Ambassador for the European Society of Human Reproduction & Embryology (ESHRE), 2022. He also talks about infertility, sexual education, health, and reproductive rights and well-being. His endeavour is to make people more aware and proactive about their sexual well-being and reproductive health, while also busting the myths created by society around sex, pregnancy, infertility, mental health, and more.
