Diksha Dayal is the head of department – nutrition and health at SHALBY Sanar International Hospitals. An expert in therapeutic nutrition, Dayal works closely with the clinical team to develop care plans and monitor effectiveness of nutrition interventions; and counsel patients on therapeutic diet modifications. She did her BSc. Home-Science from Delhi University, before pursuing her MSc. in Nutrition and Food Service Management from the University of Meerut. A Diploma Holder in Nutrition and Health Education from IGNOU, she has also undergone professional training on ‘Fad Diet in Weight Management, Bariatric and Metabolic Nutrition’.
