Artika Singh is a public health and gender anthropologist and founder of Taarini Foundation. She is a comprehensive sexuality educator with more than 6 years of experience. She has been working with communities on-ground and virtually through different projects. In 2018, she started Taarini Foundation- a non-profit working in the space of sustainable menstruation, sexual health rights advocacy and menstrual health education amongst rural and semi-rural populations across 5 Indian states. In 2021, she was awarded the Young Person of The Year Awarded by SH:24, the sexual health wing of NHS-UK, in recognition of her work with on-ground communities.
