Anju Mohan works as a senior dietitian in the Department of Clinical Nutrition at Amrita, Kochi. With eight years of experience in the field, she has developed a deep passion for nutrition and wellness. Anju is dedicated to empowering individuals and helping them make positive lifestyle changes through personalized dietary guidance and support tailored to their unique needs and goals. In addition to her expertise in nutrition science, Anju has a keen interest in the role of mindful eating and intuitive eating in promoting a healthy relationship with food. She recognises the importance of addressing both the physical and emotional aspects of nutrition to achieve long-lasting well-being. She is also a research scholar at Amrita Viswavidyapeedam University.
