1. Coffee scrub

Coffee contains caffeine, and therefore it helps to dilate blood vessels, improving blood circulation. Along with it, coffee contains a great amount of antioxidants which help to remove the dead cells present on the skin. What’s more? This has a skin tightening effect also.

How to make a coffee scrub

Ingredients:
2-3 tablespoons of coffee
Carrier oil/honey

Procedure:
* Mix coffee with a carrier oil or honey in a bowl.
* Apply the paste on the area of cellulite.
* Massage with it in a circular motion on the areas with cellulite.
* Let it sit for 10 minutes allowing the coffee scrub to absorb in the skin.
* Rinse off with warm water.

2.  Green tea

One of the great benefits of green tea for cellulite is it helps to remove toxins and improve metabolism. Plus, it’s a great home remedy for cellulite because it helps to increase the blood flow and helps create healthier skin, a more uniform texture. Have 2-3 cups of green tea each day. And you know what, green tea is an energy booster so it will also promote weight loss.

3. Exercise

Cellulite is a result of excess fat in the body so it is important you do regular exercise to get rid of it because exercise helps to reduce body fat and increase metabolism. You can perform squats, side lunges, deadlift, glute bridge, running, or cycling. These exercises will also help you strengthen your thighs by improving balance and stability.

4.  Dry brushing

Foam rolling or dry brushing is the best home remedy you can try for some positive results to reduce cellulite. It is a traditional method that people try to lose cellulite. Dry massaging with a brush helps stimulate blood and lymph flow, which in result improves the skin appearance removing the cellulite. But keep in mind dry brushing should be avoided if you have dry or inflamed skin.
