For the study, the team enrolled 29 volunteers who were given whole grape powder (2 1/4 cups of grapes every day) for fourteen days. It was found that one-third of the patients showed UV resistance after consuming grapes.
Grapes shield your skin from free radicals and UV radiation, which in turn protects you from signs of ageing like wrinkles, dark spots, and skin cancer. Since grapes are rich in vitamin C and antioxidants, they can also help make your skin look younger.
