Dr Ajay Rana, a renowned dermatologist and aesthetic physician, is going to reveal certain natural remedies to treat blemishes.

So, without further ado, let’s get to know the remedies that can come to your rescue.
1. Egg white

Moreover, egg white is helpful in healing wounds and blemishes.”

This is how you have to apply it: Mix one egg yolk with one tbsp honey and make a smooth paste. Clean your face and ensure there is no dust on it. Now, apply this face mask and keep it for 15 minutes. After that, rinse it properly with water.

2. Aloe vera

Aloe vera is one ingredient that can heal all kinds of skin issues. It smoothens the skin and has anti-inflammatory properties which can soothe skin irritation, wounds, and blemishes. Dr Rana says aloe can reduce the appearance of acne scarring and hyperpigmentation. It also helps in increasing the production of collagen and elastin fiber.

3. Apple cider vinegar (ACV)

When you use apple cider vinegar for skin, anything is possible. Apple cider vinegar is a fab toner and helps in cleansing your skin. Since it is made via a fermentation process, it has acetic acid in it. This acid is the key to healthy-looking skin because it gives ACV antibacterial and antifungal properties. Therefore, even if dust and sebum try to make acne happen, ACV won’t give them a chance. In fact, Apple cider vinegar can also treat skin conditions such as eczema and sunburn, says Dr Rana.

When it comes to pigmentation or blemishes, a study published in the journal Evidence-Based Complementary and Alternative Medicine suggests that apple cider vinegar can really work its magic. That’s because it is loaded with polyphenols, pectin, and carotenoids—all of which help in reducing hyperpigmentation and can make your skin look clearer and healthier.
