Follow this recipe to prepare your mustard foot bath at home
Ingredients you’ll need:

2 tbsp mustard powder

1-inch piece ginger

2 tbsp baking soda

2-3 drops of rosemary essential oil

4 litres of hot water

A wide deep bucket to place your legs

Method to prepare mustard foot bath:
  1. Make a fine paste with ginger.
  2. Add a cup of hot water to the ginger paste to make a ginger infusion. Set it aside. 
  3. Heat water in a pan and once it gets warm, switch off the gas and let it cool down. 
  4. Dissolve the mustard powder in the water.
  5. Add ginger infusion to this mustard water and mix well. 
  6. Now, take a bucket and add three litres of hot water with this ginger and mustard infusion water.
  7. Combine baking soda and rosemary essential oil, and add that as well.

Here’s how to use it:
  1. Place your legs in the water and make sure the water covers your legs.
  2. Soak your legs in the bath for 15-30 minutes.
